เงื่อนไขและคำแนะนำในการเข้าใช้บริการห้องศึกษาข้อมูล

Department of Mineral Fuels (DMF) data room is applicable to the viewing of technical data related to the 25th bidding round.

Important information

Data review duration:
          3rd February – 30th June 2025
          from 08.30 am to 4.30 pm on Monday – Friday except on public holidays.

Data room location:
          The data room is located at DMF office, 22nd Floor, Energy Complex Building B, 555/2 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.

Request to access:
          Applicants will be granted two (2) complimentary days for access to the physical data room. To reserve access, they must submit the data room reservation form, available on the DMF website, to dataroom@dmf.go.th at least three (3) working days prior to their desired appointment date(s). Upon receipt of the form, DMF officers will confirm the appointment within two (2) working days.
A copy of passport or ID card is required for registration at DMF office before entering the data room. A maximum of three (3) personnel are allowed to participate in each data review session (day).

Admission to the data room
          1) Visitors are allowed to access the data room from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm of the appointment dates.
          2) Copies of passport or ID card are required for registration at the DMF office before entering the data room.
          3) Only 3 personnel are limited to participate in the data review for each session (day).
 

Technical notes
          1) The data room is equipped with one Workstation of Petrel 2020 for analyzing seismic and subsurface data and one Computer for document review.
          2) Only information on the open blocks (L1/66, L2/66, L3/66, L4/66, L5/66, L6/66, L7/66, L8/66 and L9/66) is available for review. DMF will not accept any request to review data for other blocks, which are currently under concession contracts.
          3) DMF disclaims all warranties and accepts no liability for the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or reasonableness of the information, any errors, omissions, or misstatements.
          4) All materials (softcopy and hardcopy) shall remain in the data room at all times.
 

General rules
          1) Visitors must remain within the designated data room area and are not permitted to enter other office areas without prior authorization from the officers in charge.
          2) Visitors must dress appropriately and conduct themselves respectfully within the data room.
          3) Visitors are prohibited from installing or uninstalling any software on data room computers.
          4) Internet access is not provided in the data room.
          5) If a workstation or computer malfunctions, do not attempt to repair it. Please notify DMF staffs immediately.
          6) Food and beverages are NOT permitted in the data room.
          7) Smoking is prohibited in all areas of DMF office.
          8) Visitors must maintain the cleanliness of the data room and ensure their work area is tidy upon completion of each data review session.
          9) Visitors are responsible for any damage to the workstation or computer.
          10) DMF is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of personal belongings.
          11) Activities in the data room are monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes.
          12) DMF reserves the right to amend these data room regulations as necessary.
          13) Photography and file saving are prohibited.
